I’ve been part of the Influenster program for over a month now and so far I’ve been loving being introduced to new products and brands I haven’t bought a lot from. The most recent Voxbox was for a mystery hair care brand that was launching a new line of damage erasing treatment products. I guessed right when I called the mystery brand Garnier Fructis. Just a couple days ago, I received the full Damage Eraser product line by Garnier Fructis but have been testing out the sample sizes for almost 2 weeks and here’s my take on it.
With Phyto-Keratin Complex and Cupuacu Butter, the Damage Eraser formula helps to reconstruct the hair, from root to tip, and strengthen it by 90% to prevent further damage. The sample sizes came in 50ml, which I still haven’t completely used up yet. The scent of all of them is the same fruity scent, which kind of gave it away for me that it was from Garnier. The texture and consistency of all of them was about medium as they aren’t too heavy or light, so you know they are perfect for someone looking for something to repair their hair that isn’t going to weigh it down. The shampoo really lathers up nicely and the conditioner was easy to fully rinse out like the shampoo. I like keeping the conditioner in my hair for a few minutes for it to penetrate and work its magic!

So what did I think of the end result? My hair smells great after every use and feels very soft and has been looking really great lately. I’m not sure if it’s due to these products but I’m sure they played a part in it. I’ve been using the split-end serum after every use and even between washes and it has helped to smooth out my curls and make them less frizzy. As for my split ends, I don’t think they’re as noticeable as they have been. I would definitely buy this treatment set because it contains not only Phyto-Keratin complex but it’s the type of treatment I normally look for when I am shopping for a new shampoo and conditioner. I am very eager to find out how the reconstructing hair butter works out since it wasn’t included in the sample set.
Would you try the Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser product line? What do you look for in your hair care shampoo & conditioner treatments?
*Disclosure: I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes, however, these opinions are my own.
