There used to be just regular face sheet masks on the market but the Asian skincare craze has expanded into providing a mask for pretty much every body part. I wear lip balm all the time but sometimes that just isn’t enough and my lips still look a little dull and dry. And then Maskeraide‘s Tell Me ‘Pout It Hydrating Lip Mask came to my rescue!
Maskeraide is known for their wide range of amazing sheet masks that cater to every need as well as their spot patches that clear up blemishes, and now they’ve come out with a pack of lip masks. Tell Me ‘Pout It Lip Masks are infused with a highly moisturizing blend of Manuka Honey, Fermented Rose, Grapefruit Oil and an antioxidant Berry Complex. The gel patches instantly give dry, flaky lips a boost of moisture while smoothing and plumping it out, all in a span of 10-15 minutes. These masks are perfect to use as a moisturizing treatment to prime your lips before applying a lip colour. They are also free of parabens, mineral oil, and silicone, to name just a few.

My Glittery Thoughts:
I’m a sheet mask fiend already so when I received the pack of Maskeraide lip masks, I was over the moon. I love trying masks for other body parts that don’t usually get pampered like this. When applying the gel patch, you have to make sure you apply the flat side to your lips because I didn’t at first and was wondering why it wasn’t adhering that well (duh!). Once it was on properly, it started to warm my lips up just slightly. The experience was very easy and comfortable even though I couldn’t talk for 15 minutes.
Since I have small lips, the mask takes up a lot of space around my lips so it was also like a mini mask for that area too, so it obviously will accommodate anyone with bigger, fuller lips. Once I took the mask off, I could immediately feel how soft and supple my lips and the skin around them had become. It definitely made it very easy to apply a matte lipstick afterwards that I would usually apply a lip balm for beforehand. Overall, I think these masks are such a treat for your lips. I apply one every weekend so the pack lasts me a month, which isn’t too bad. If your lips get really dry and you want something more than a lip balm to take care of them, I would definitely buy these masks!
